Border Collie Puppies!

  Litter Born 21 September 2007

We're going with a mexican food name theme on the pups...They are 6 weeks old now and developing personalities!

For more information about available puppies please contact Pat
Patricia.Anderson@va.gov or phone 319-430-5540

That must mean this is one of those "mexican jails" we heard about on that talking box in the living room!

"Hannah"
 Available!

Hannah, is for sale to an experienced working home. She is quite the handful at this young age. She already shows some of that "Glorine" hardheadedness. :-)

"Elvis" aka Burrito
 Available!

Elvis is the more traditionally marked male. He is very sweet.

Two boys practicing their sit, reward? Lot's 'o' lovin'!

"Grizz" aka Gibbs
 Available!

Grizz is marked more like his uncle Andy and has the same sweet disposition of him.
If he works livestock like Andy he is going to be one heck of a dog whether it is cattle, sheep, goats or ducks.

Ok, not a mexican food name but, I love the show NCIS, so I named him after that.
Gibbs is pretty outgoing. I really like the way he is marked. Not traditional like his brother, but yet still has quite a bit of black.
I like the body splashes-which goes back to Wisp. He really liked the food ball...as did they all when they figured out that it left treats for them.

Lucy Loo aka "Little Miss Thang"!
 Available!

Lucy Loo under the Christmas tree chewing on a bone, lying on a stuffed animal.

Lucy Loo is still real tiny. A natural runt but that doesn't stop her any.
She is such a sweety. Hard to believe that she is 100% BC with her being so tiny. But she has the spunk and the attitude that is for sure.

If nothing else she has attitude. I need to make a short movie of her walking...she struts like she is a "Big Dog"....as in a Mastiff!

We changed her name to something more feminine but still a fighter...and if you have ever seen Lucy Loo in action (the actress) you know she is a little spitfire. As is our Lucy Loo.

She is very tiny...we think she will get to between 12-15 inches tall...about the size of a miniature Poodle but with WAY more/better personality.
She tries to be dominant over the other puppies which is really funny considering they are so much bigger....what Lucy lack's in size she makes up for in heart and determination.
Lucy Loo is for sale to the right home on a spay contract.

Nacho

Here is the one that mom is keeping. She is a cutey...heck all the pups are cute.
That last pic here...not sure what mom is doing/thinking....maybe anticipating a facefull of puppy....
but either way it looks like she is smiling. :-)

Nacho is staying here with Pat!

Dora

Here is the puppy that Amanda intends to keep. She has named her "Dora the Explorer" and she is living up to that name.

She likes to go exploring through the house, under the furniture, where ever her little body can go.

Patches

Patches will head off to his new life with Dennis in Illinois!
